James Trimarco of Altered Fluid writes to tell us that his 1500 word essay has won third place in the Vanity Fair national essay-writing contest. The topic was, “What is reality to Americans today and did we ever truly have a grasp of it?” The essay will be printed in the magazine. (I’ve read the essay; it’s great.) Congratulations James!
