Another Useless Sign October 26, 2006 – Posted in: Aberrant Normalcy
My local favorite bookstore in Hoboken, Symposia, has braille tags alongside many of its shelves. Yes. They. Do. I zoomed in on the braille so you can see the sticker a little better. When I took this shot, we were wondering how a blind person might choose a volume of poetry. By its cover? I would also like to add that, though we searched, there were no braille texts in this section (nor in any other). [Twilight Zone music plays]

Maybe the sticker says “Yes, we have no books in braille today.”
