“With the bill I’m about to sign, the men our intelligence officials believe orchestrated the murder of nearly 3,000 innocent people will face justice,” Bush said.
Bush is very much right. Being held without trial, held without being accused of a crime, being tortured endlessly, the trashing of habeas corpus — all of these things are justice.
Texas justice.

So, hypothetically, if someone’s status says Completed on Sept. 11 and still has not heard either way, the story is more than likely accepted? Just a theory…
