In Hubris and Hypocrisy April 13, 2007 – Posted in: Aberrant Normalcy

Today, Bush says, “In our day there is a temptation to manipulate life in ways that do not respect the humanity of the person.  When that happens, the most vulnerable among us can be valued for their utility to others instead of their own inherent worth.”

This is the same man that invaded a country and killed thousands of Americans and hundreds of thousand of Iraqis.   This is the ultimate in hubris and hypocrisy.  People in the audience should be torn apart by such cognitive dissonance, but I suppose their segmented brains will not allow them to see that the “moral” man before them is nothing of the sort.
